Received call, asked where they got my number, their reply was that they have a system that randomly dials numbers. I asked that I be removed from their list, I was informed they had no list to remove me from. I then received a letter in the mail explaining who they where with two one dollar bills and notice that they hope when their rep calls again that I would accept their call. Within the same week of receiving the letter, they called again.What don't these companies understand, a person says no, they mean NO!

Very unhappy with this company, they state right on their website they call various times a day, several times a day, and will call back if you say no, just because they may want to talk to someone else in the home. Its BS, and needs to stop. NO IS NO, PEOPLE!

Have received many calls from this company, the last two nights they have been after 9:30 PM

They called almost daily in July. The first few times my husband told them to stop calling. Then we just stopped picking up. Then for 10 day's while we were on vacation our call logs showed they called 15 different times. Today I finally just answered their survey after they said yes, if I just took the survey they would stop. But after they completed the survey they wanted more - to send me the second half of it to fill out in person. Enough is enough. I told him to leave us alone and blocked the number.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL THE ABOVE.........I'VE REPORTED THEM ON THE DO NOT CALL GOV LIST BUT, STILL THEY CALL...NEXT I'M SENDING A LETTER TO NYS ATTY'S GENERAL'S OFFICE AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN DO SOMETHING..

Scarborough is a MARKET RESEARCH FIRM NOT TELEMARKETERS AND THEY ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING! WHY dont you listen for a change BEFORE complaning IF YOU WISH TO TAKE YOUR NUMBER OFF call 1800-753-6043 please do not hang up or say im a DNCL it does not apply to market research firms Secondly if we are calling before 2:00pm and after 10:00pm that is NOT SCARBOROUGH. They are only allowed to leave 2 messages per household so that explains why they sometimes dont leave msgs! Thirdly a computer system calls everyday that noone picks up because it thinks noone is home and maybe if you'd answer and actually talk and get info you would be able to learn we do not have a list and its a random selections. they get households,businesses,disconnects, cell phones, computer fax modems,etc. So please just dont get mad because we call and you dont listen Thanks again you little a-holes we have to deal with because your to ignorant! :)

I received a tel call to complete a survery. I asked the representative several times to remove my telephone number and mailing address from the mailing list.

Call almost everyday..varying hours after they have been told multiple times to stop calling.

You're right, they're not selling anything to the people they bother at home; they're selling the information they compile from their "surveys" to other marketing companies.And frankly - when I tell someone "I am NOT interested, do NOT call this number again", I expect them to stop. When they continue, that's harassment. Period.
