It is 9:53p and this number is telephoning me.Scarborough Research doing a survey about tv and radio. At 9:53pm while my children are sleeping?WTF.

I am getting sick and tired of seeing this number popping up on my phone, from early morning to late at night, weekdays and weekends. They just don't understand when you tell them to stop calling and that your not interested in doing a survey. Apparently, it's very important that you answer their question because it deals withTV, radio, newspaper and one Internet. That is not important to me enough to call at 10pm, especially when I'm at work at 4am. Fine this company and make them pay us more then five bucks for getting around the national no call listing by saying they are doing a survey.

I don't work for them. I'm glad I found this post because now I know it's Scarborough. They send you a $1 bill then tell you fill out your info and do a "media" survey about what types of shows you watch (soaps/reality/etc).. i forget the other questions. and they bribe you with a $5 bill. I didn't wanna give them my info bUT I kinda wanted the $5 bill. I knew they'd probably try to contact me again. But pretty good bribe because it was interesting to open up junk mail and see that initial $1 bill lol

The call is from Scarborough Research. They're a legitimate survey company, currently working with the Neilson rating company. If they call you, don't get upset or rude. If you don't want to participate, just say so. Their people are very courteous. They call around 8 pm. and my number is on the Do Not Call List

I have been receiving calls from this number for months. I do not pick up. Today I get a letter in the mail that they want to do a survey on Radio listening and TV viewing and enclosing a $1.00 bill. This is a thank you for my partipation when they call again.I did a call block and they still get through.

A number of calls from 210-736-3080 (Caller ID: Scarborough RSC) all times of the day. Hawaiian Telcom will only block up to 12 numbers. Luckily my phone can block up to 300 and even blocks "no number" calls!

this people keep calling me too they call 4 to 5 times every other day this is BS needs to stop

Scarborough Research or Nielson, I don't care WHO they are. I have asked them NOT to call again, that I was NOT interested in their survey. They are insistent and stay on the line being rude until I hang up on them. Then, THEY CALL BACK within minutes. I let the machine take over. The next night (always after 8:30 pm) they call AGAIN....and again...and again. Back-to-back ringing off the hook until 9 pm. That's a LOT of calls. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT FOR 2 WEEKS. I have never called these people back. Is there nothing than can be done for harrassment and abuse because I own a stinking phone ?????
