Scarborough research from San Antonio Texas has been calling us after 8 pm on weeknights and disturbing our household. They claim they are unable to take my telephone number off their calling list which I know is not true. Do we have any legal recourse against what we consider their harassment? I would like to file a complaint.
They are a company that does research for television viewing.You fill out survey tofor them and they actually send you money for doing the survey.
This number has been calling for months. The company actually sent me a letter, asking that I please takeep their call as they are a research company for TV and radio. Again I say,, what good is the do not call list?. Don't call me!
It's actually a great part time job. Stress free. Your nasty comments don't bother us one bit. We live great lives (: If you weren't such a jerk you'd answer the first two questions and see that you might not even qualify. Even then with 24 hours in a day, 15 minutes for a survey isn't that big of a deal.
We just started receiving calls from this number in the last week. They call between 9;30 and 10;00pm(central time) They are either in a different time zone or just rude. We never answer and only have our ans mach on for short periods while we are gone from home so they can't leave a message. We were advised that a pick up by the A/M tells them that it's a "live" number..
Consider a call blocker, they do REDUCE scam calls. The DNC does not stop CRIMINAL scammers!
Scarborough never promises you any dollar amount. You are never paid for answers. They are members of the BBB and chamber of commerce. They are a part of Nielsen. It's not a scam survey.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
