I have recived two calls from them today. I thought pmt was due 3/17 (I was right) so I went online this morning to pay. Realized that they charged me a late fee YESTERDAY!!! Payment I made online today (3/17) at 10 am says won't post until 3/18. Such BS!!!!! I , too, will be paying this crap card off and never looking back. Strange thing is I haven't had a single issue with them until this cycle.

This number is shown on my caller ID at least 7 times per day.

No account with Credit One. Called twice in the last 15 minutes. Called them back and got an Indian guy and told him very frankly to take me off their list and that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC.

This company calls constantly looking for my daughter. I have repeatedly questioned her as to whether she has paid the bill. She has and even called them with the confirmation # etc. This morning was the final straw. My husband is in Afghanistan..... we were able to talk on the phone for a few minutes. This company kept kept trying to call at the same time ( we get the beep on the phone so know when someone is trying to call.) By them trying to call it cut my husbands call (from Afghanistan) off. Phone service from there is a little sketchy. I just sat there & cried..... plus the person on the other end (if I do answer) can barely speak english.... Just not fair!!!

Credit one calls constantly! I don't have an account with them.I have them on the block list yet they continue to call. I get off work at 8 am. My 1st call was at 9 am this Sunday. I called back and told the representative that I have no idea who credit one is. She transferred me to a message stating the office was closed. I called back several times. I got an answering machine twice. Then I started getting messages stating the voice mailbox was full. I tried to block my number out yet the call was not allowed to go through as private. I never got another representative. They called twice back to back. I'm really getting feed up with this. Can someone tell me how to stop this harassment?

Credit one Bank payment not even due yet and they continually call. then they suspend my online account so I can not make an online payment. Insisting that I make a over the phone payment witha debit card. NOT

Now three days late and they have been calling a lot the past two days......lol I already sent payment through my direct pay with my bank. They will have to wait the four days to get it. They sure don't waste any time calling. Never leave a message, I've noticed.

They called me AT WORK and twice on my cell phone WITHIN AN HOUR. Why? Because they wanted me to pay my bill which was NOT EVEN DUE FOR ANOTHER TWO DAYS! Harassing, insulting, offensive.
