Calling multiple times then when answered nobody replies

This number is calling a cell of mine all the time...I do not recognize the number so I do not answer it. How do I stop this???

It's credit one bank. They are a pain in butt.they call you even if you are not due to make payment.they called me to make payment,and one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.the rep didn't even know I had made a payment earlier with another rep.then she had the. Nerve to ask me for more money.I said if I had the money don't you think I would have given it to you?it's crazy.my credit is not great so I'm forced to keep this card to help my credit.

The same number calls me everyday n asks for my mothers number what do I do it's really getting irratating

this number calls me all day & night and does not leave a message... there's a reason why no one is answering.... i simply do not want to be bothered....

They have called over 20 times on today... I do not have an account with them.........

I keep receiving a call from (210) 892-2188 every single day 2 or 3 times. I finally clicked to answer but did not say anything just to see if someone would talk or might be a telemarketer.....but it is total silence for a couple of seconds and I get a hang up. It is very tiresome not to mention annoying. Please stop calling.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number at least 15 times a day. Sometimes they call every 10 minutes.

There are several ways to block annoying calls.If your provider offers it, you can block all calls without caller ID. You may also have options (I do with Cox) of a blacklist (call is rejected if number is on list) or a whitelist (all calls rejected except numbers on list) or both.Some cell phones give you options as well. Some let you set certain contacts to go directly to voicemail. Some (like my LG 5600) let me restrict incoming calls to my contact list only.Also remember to list all you phones on the national Do-Not-Call Registry. File complaints on violators.Also, by law, even if your account is in collections, if you tell them not to call you anymore, they may not do so.Read the Fair Credit Reporting Act and also the Federal Trade Commission Do Not Call data. Learn your rights and use them!Also, you have legal redress rights as well. Talk to an attorney who handles civil cases (most will give free consultations) or if your state allows it, small claims court. In CA no attorneys allowed in small claims, so look at your options and act!Finally, write (not call or email) your elected representatives and tell them to start or sponsor a bill that would make it even harder for get unwanted calls. Why write? Because a phone call is one voter to your reps. Email isn't much better. But a real, paper letter speaks LOUDLY, theEquivalent of 8 voters talking.

Also, some more advanced (and also some older ones) standalone caller ID boxes also have a reject list feature built into them.
