This guy has called me off and on for over 10 years. I received a call again the other day, but I have him in my contacts and just don't answer anymore. Not sure what possesses someone to keep up a charade for this long...?

I recently took over a new dojang and am getting calls from this number, it took me until the second call to realize that this guy has called me at my old dojang. I recognized his voice (creepy).
