Received a call today from this number and said Microsoft is receiving error message that are virus's on my computer. It's a scam. Do not give this person any information.

Just got a call on my cell phone today (12/2/2015). I usually do not answer "unsolicited" calls, but this time I went ahead. Male Indian voice (an actual person) told me that he was calling about my PC from the Global Support Center....I don't think so, sounds like a scam about PC security.
They called today. Left no message. Called them back on my Google VOIP number. Let it ring 20 times. No answer. They are blocked now.
I just got a call from this number. He said (with a very heavy accent) he was from Microsoft and there is a problem with my email address. Then he asked me if I was a Muslim. I said no and he said "why don't you convert".

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
