CCNY on ID is a NY Community College # that has been disconnected and is now being spoofed by so called computer trouble shooters.
Caller repping self as being from Microsoft and there being a problem with my pc. I asked that he please take me off his list and not call again - nicely. His response was f*** you, b****. Number now blocked.
This number call at 7:54pm warning someone close to me that my computer will be in jeopardy if they don't get in my computer and that person didn't give out her name and phone number. This person is a scam. Arrest these foreigner and lock them up, police.
Have had this call before and played a joke on the caller who wanted to get remote access to my machine. Kept him on the phone for 15 minutes playing stupid and then laid into him - best 15 minutes - well maybe top 5... Just got the call again today and nailed him again. Played along with him until I could stop from laughing and then let him have it. He was so PO'd he was swearing/yelling for a good 30 seconds and me laughing the whole time. You can't stop them from calling so might as well have some fun with them. Can't repeat what I said - but wow, it made my day.
