I just got a call from these guys too on my cell. They didn't leave a message and I didn't answer since I didn't know the number.
Just got a call from this number on my cell. Message about last change to reduce your debt on your credit card. Scam: disconnected after message.
These numbers keep calling me over an over. I NEVER answer unknown calls and I even save the numbers in my contact list and label them DO NOT ANSWER or TELEMARKETER DO NOT ANSWER. That way, the number doesn't show up and I don't have to wonder why it looks familiar and if I should answer it. Based on the stories I've read here, I'm also tempted to pick up the call and mess with these people, but that would just be a waste of time. They aren't getting my time or my money.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
