Starting a few days ago I have been receiving calls multiple times throughout the day from this number (213-543-0000) and 866-847-1251. I do not know anyone who is now/nor ever was in jail. I do NOT live any where near these area codes. This is a scam.
My step-dad is in prison in South Dakota and when he calls this number shows up every time
Last week my man was trying to call me from prison but i dint hear my phone ringing... about 10 min after the missed call i heard my phone ringing... it was a call from this number when i answeared a girl came on the line claming she was on the phone woth my man and that he said to answear my phone cuz he was trying to call... i said okay and hung up... a few min later he called... in the excitment of getting to talk to him i forgot to ask who she was... and now its really starting to bug me... when i looked up the number iwas tld it belongs to somebody named ann and the phone number is out of California.
It's a rip off big time.Taking avantage of people who have family in jail.GOT a bill for 70 bucks for a few calls.....
35 calls since yesterday. Says free call from Worcester county jail, female says name, I blocked after first call. Given option to accept, decline or block the number.
This is my first call from this number. Left a voicemail,all it said was push 6! So I know not to answer it now!

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.

They called stating they are from FCC and someone registered phone number with Verizon in Washington DC yet send mail to different state etc...fell scammers, not native US/English speaking female
