Just received a call from 213-543-000 and no one said a word. Total silence. Now they are calling again. Not answering after reading the posts.
I received calls all evening from this number. Being that California is three hours behind Ohio, I received calls until 10pm. Got a trick for them though, putting number on my reject list!

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
