It is an Evercom number. the inmates get a calling card and it is pre set to this number. It aint a scam or anything, it is a real call.
I recieved one call from this number and it was a woman on the other end laughing... 10:20 every night. I finally went off & it takes alot to get me mad. Now they just hang up.
Dont know who this is they have called 7 times today alone each time there is a message left but it is some sort of recording if u call it back it is busy
I just received a call from this number. It said it was an inmate in Los Angeles. I wasn't sure if it was a scam so I blocked the number.
I recieved this call.. my phone states it's from california.... i thought, maybe it,s my relative. little did i know it was an inmate call!! click.. I hung up, right away!!! it was kris stanley............... I don't answer to that at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
I got the same call and if I accept the call its like $9.00 a minute. I did not accept of course 213-543-000 and 866-847-1251. How do we stop this BS?

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
