I received the same text with a link in the text message to set my delivery preferences. Did not click on the link as I am pretty sure it is a scam!
It's a scam asking for credit card information, do not click on the link as this is a scam that has been reported, FedEx does not send texts for delivery preferences! Type in FedEx text after the number and articles show about the scam using a search engine!

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.
BOBBY BROWN SAID I WON $750,000 AND 2026 BMW. I NEED TO GO TO WALMART AND GET A $500 GREEN DOT CARD THEN CALL THEM BACK AND THEY WOULD BRING ME $750,00 IN CASH AND MY 2026 BMW. THEY NEW THE STATE AND ADRESS WHERE I LIVE
Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
