I did not receive a phone call from the above mentioned number.I did, however, receive a letter from The League that said "But you must reply before Friday, April 24, 2015." This means that I have 3 days to respond. Fortunately, I googled the fax number (214) 367-3877 and came across a treasure drove of complaints and other information. So, of course, I dropped the letter into the trash can. Please get rid of these scam artists.rod7349@yahoo.com
I'm glad I read the posts on here before I decided to send for the "free" membership. I would like to mention something I haven't seen anything on here about yet. I tried to do the fax instead because I got the letter two days before the deadline I was given. There isn't an answer for faxes. It doesn't matter how many times you try it never answers and I tried about 3-4 times. Like I said I'm glad I read the posts on here because I definitely know it's a scam now. Thank you everyone.
Received this letter, where they claim to know me more than I know myself. Really? Then, how come "Tom" spelled my name wrong?
Wow just dont know how to say thanks to you guys for all the info shared here. I recieved the same 10 page letter the so called "THE SOCIETY"sent in by some guy who says he is under oath and can not disclose his identity but at the end of the letter calls himself "Bill". I'm like really! who doesn't want to be rich? But hey wait a minute, I tried to call the number first of all and no one picks, then I jumped unto mu computer to google the address only to find all this info here. Guys the funiest thing is that, some part of the letter says "we know a great deal about you" and "you were on our rader for quite a while, but you were not ready" but guys I recieved this letter 5 weeksafter I had just moved into the U.S.A. from Africa, so how the hell did you know much about me and how did I get on your rader? and who says I was not ready? I have been fighting my whole life to be rich so what are these guys talking about. Men these are a bunch of jokers,
This was a fax number listed in a suspicious mailing telling me I have been chosen by a secret society of highly successful people who want to invite me to be a member of their secret organization and receive the "secrets" of success. the address on the mailing was:PO Box 560627Dallas TX 75356-0627
I am adding a reply to my message because I saw that a few people mentioned that their letter was signed Bill. I see where last names can be found for that name but mine said "Sincerely, Tom" so I'm not sure.
I got one of these letters from "The League" today also. There is one the all these scam letters have in common and it is easy to spot. Bad Grammar, if you read the letter and it sounds like it was written by a 5th grader it's probably a scam.
