got a text from this number. just deleted it. may block it if it keeps happening. People are weird and even weirder with technology-particularly when they feel they are anonymous and can act REALLY weird.
865-6696 = Alpha Text 'PRIVATE' on a phone keyboard.Typically, when I call people from the government agency I work for it will display this way.It is, however, not limited to government entities, but if a caller/business/etc utilizes a mirror system that blocks their caller id and incoming information this is will how it display. The short answer to everyone here is it is not ONE particular person or individual calling you, it is a PRIVATE caller, agency, business, etc.
received a call from 865-6696, did not show area code. Young lady with Spanish accent was speaking. Told me that I was eligible for $9,000. grant, free money and I don't have to pay it back. Asked me "did you wonder how come you are eligible for this money?" I said that I didn't apply for anything and she hung up.
I received a text from and 'unknown' number saying Message not found. I text back ??? and it came back saying 8566696 was an invalid number. I got a call from the Unknown number about an hour before this. Who is this?
I get these calls 3-5 times a week for the last 6 months and I cant block it because there is no area code! GRR! I even tried to scream at them once but they just hung up on me lol
It shows as unknown, but instead of using the default ringtone for unknown calls it uses my custom ringtone. And it's hard to block because there's no area code. Very strange.
This guy is not from our Country and pointed that out to me. he said he was going to put his d*ck in places that I would enjoy! Really? He must have no life to be talking about what he's going to do! I'm so sick of the non-stop calling!!! I was informed by my service provider NOT to reply to text messages, that`s how they get your friend`s numbers!!!
I've been getting these calls for some time now and it's VERY ANNOYING. Whoever has been calling is a coward. I usually don't answer because when I have no one responds. It's like they don't have anything else better to do than be a nuisance to society. I'd appreciate it if the phone company would permanently block this number from all phones. What a pain!!!!!!!
