Omg this is so scary. I been recieving calls from this number and when I answeredIt sounded like a woman saying "where is my man?" then hung up. I called it back but it said it was disconnected or something! I accused My boyfriend of cheating because of this!!! Who is this???

I got this situation that is long story but I had restriction order over my ex so we are back know so she calls from a 8656696....I have Name I'd from metro PC's...And I told her why you can give me her number she like I can why I asker and she like what it matters is what I feel inside and she said if i give u this number I don't know who's going to stay with it....And she still calls me .....But going by rules she broke law there is a limit to call back to someone that u made ristriction ....Now you guys are confusing me lol.....Jajj..So I might be from Walmart or cuz my saids USC but no are

This number is a survey number. I called on my Best Buy credit card and stated that I would participate in a customer satisfaction survey. The 865-6696 is the automated number that calls for the survey...maybe that's why there's no area code.

I have been getting at least 3 calls per day for the last 3 weeks from this 865-6696 phone number an up til today I've never answered it. They also never leave a message just keep calling back over and over and over again.I answered it today, and immediately it hung up on me. I recently used craigslist for some job applications and believe these calls are associated with craigslist.

I have been receiving calls and texts from this number for months. Always around 8 am for me, then throughout the day. I got an early one at 6:39 this morning. They always hang up when I answer.

It's an inmate from jail/prison the company name is global link. My fiancé called from this number so I could set up a prepaid account and now it shows up as a 217#.

I have been getting these calls from the 865-6696 number as well. No area code, so I was too scared to answer it. I thought that was weird.

Ever since receiving my new iphone, I've been called from 865-6696 with NO AREA CODE. I do not answer these calls but when I listened to the one voicemail, it was a woman's voice stating "Thank you so much for your support." I did not have this issue with my other smartphone, but the moment this phone was activated, this number has called me at least once a day. If anyone has an idea of who/what this is or if you are experiencing the same issue please post.
