This is a pre-paid calling card company number....my daughter calls me weekly from this same number that shows its coming from Dallas Texas on the caller ID but in fact she is only about 18 miles from me in the next county. We live in Kentucky. She purchased her refillable card at the local Wal-Mart. I know this probably isn't much help to you but at least you won't be looking for him primarily in Texas.

My fiance is an OTR driver and got into a dead zone with his cell phone and he used a payphone at a Pilot Truck stop in Cokeville, Wyoming...and my caller I.D. gave this number....something didn't look right about it to me so I googled it. It is a landline based in Dallas TX...but I know he was calling out of Wyoming. The only reason I looked it up is because when I tried calling it back I got a message that I had to dial the area code in order for my call to be completed, and I was dialing the area code.

I got a message that my husband tried to call me collect and this number was the call back number. Every time I call, it's busy. I'm in NY and he's in CA. This is rediculous!

Woman called responding to an add in paper for kitten, first @213-448-8149 call went dead before our conversation was over, I called back but got message could not be completed pps 6180. She then phoned back at 214-969-5489, she said she was at a pay phone in L.A.. She couldn't make it to me, seemed like she want me to offer to come to her in L.A., which I didn't.
