I just got a phone call from this number and they said it was the I.R.S. The recording said she was Estella. When I called it backed it said to use 1-214-969-5489. It would not let me through. I think it is a scam. I am going to do more investigating. We have been getting so many scam emails and now phone calls. The Federal Trade Commission handles on-line fraud. One number to call is 202-326-2222. Also another number is 951- 955-3111 to call if you are in Calif. Or www.ftc.com. Or 951-955-5400. Paul Zellerbach is District Attorney or Vicki Hightower. She is the Chief Deputy District Attorney in the Special Proscecutions Section. If more people call then hopefully they can be caught. I contacted them when I got harrassing call from 3 different people with mid eastern accents sayI borrowed monies from Pay Day Loan and I was going to be prosecuted for on line fraud, which was a bogus lie.

I got this same phone number on my cell phone. My fiance called me from a rehab center in North Carolina. I think its just a general extension!

My boyfriend who is a trucker called me from this number. He is currently trucking close to Kentucky/Tennesse area.

its a payphone cause my husband left his cell at home and called me from it and he was in hempstead tx so it must be the number that shows up for multiple pay phones. and im sure people use pay phones for the scams they are running so it wont be traced back to them. but it is a pay phone and if you dont want to get ripped off dont give out any personal info.

Have been getting calls off & on for the last couple of weeks. They called again at 4:00 this morning on my cell. I could hear them breathing and shuffling around for a minute, then they hung up. One time a man answered, but only said hello. Then they called 5 more times. Called back & it's always busy.

What State Park in GA was your husband at, at the time he called you from that number?

I am in Philadelphia and my ex fiance called from a pay phone nearby this number came up...so apparently this are code does not refer to a particular are if not just the carrier of the phone service for that pay phone or any other in the country...I believe it is Idle Communications...this is what pops up on the caller ID for me. Hope this helps.

i just got a call from my boyfriend who lives in a small town by Austin, but the area code is listed in Dallas TX. We got in a HUGE fight cause I did not believe he was in Austin. This fkn # IS A PAY PHONE!

I just got a call from this number and had no answer.Then about 2 minutes later I received a call from 1-435-233-1007 and was asked to speak with Marian. Not sure if the numbers are connected at all it was just strange that I got a call from 2 different random numbers within 2 minutes of eachother.

i got a call from a ex boyfriend from this number and we live in nc. i think it's just a pay phone number.
