Scam. I called it back from another phone and received a message that this number is not in service. Blocked it.

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
