Just received call from this numnber. receiving at least 2-3 calls per week from them. They say they can lower my credit card interest raytes. Press "1" to speak with a representative. When you finally get somone on the phone and tell them that you are not interested and to quit calling you...they slam down the phone. Try to call them back and you get a recoreded cell message about the phone number's voicemail box being full. I have reported this number and others like it from Clevland to the Do Not Call Registry and the FTC.Let nail these scammers!

Received second call from "Card Holder Services". Does anyone know whether it would be fruitful to contact my personal bank concerning the matter? Thanks.

I am on the "Do Not Call" list and received a call form this phone number claiming to "lower the rates on credit card accounts". I pressed 1 to speak to a representative. The representative came on the line and asked quickly if this was a response to the marketing call. He hung up before I could answer. A pre-recorded message stated that the person was not accepting calls at this time and to try back later followed by a Spanish translation when I redialed the number.

Just received a call from this number. I answered and it was from "Card Member Services" telling me to press 1 to lower my interest rate. I pressed 1 and a man answered and id'd himself as "Card Member Services" when I asked him how he got my number, he hung up on me. When I try to call back, a recorded message says that the "person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time". I get frequent calls from "Card Member Services" on both of my cell phones, it is always from a different number. I reported this number to the Do Not Call list (which I think is a joke in itself). I am on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't seem to matter. I know that this is a phishing scam trying to take advanctage of people who are dumb enough to give out their credit card number to a stranger over the phone.

Recieved call at 9:55 a.m. central time with no message left and a message stating that the number is not answering calls. No message left.

Have received calls from this number and another one 5154213103. Same scam, they hang up anytime you ask them who they are or to be put on the no call list. If they call again I will try and play along long enough to give them some choice verbal assaults. Thats about the best course of action.

Just got the same call @ 11:05 CDT and I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST". What is wrong with these people. So glad that I am at work.
