I went to CTU's website and went to the chat online. The chat line person, Quentin, answer my request right away. I told him to put me on their "do not call" list and he said he needed my phone number to do that. I made him state that they do not sell phone numbers to third parties or other entities and he assured me they do not sell information. He was polite and I expect that this will take care of the random phone calls.
I am on the National do not call list as well, but keep getting calls from this number and others. What part of Do Not Call do they not understand?
go to the university website and then click the chat live link and then enter your first and last name including your phone number and then say that you would like your number to be removed from their call list. Then you tell them nicely, "Thanks for your help. Have a nice day!" they will remove your number and they won't call again. Good luck
I just contacted the school and gave them a piece of my mind. When they asked for my full name and all I told them they didn't need it to contact me so they don't need it to take my number off the list. I also told them I was contacting the bbb and any other agency I can and that I am on the do not call list.
