I have Trapcall and it unmasked a few of the approximately 100 "unknown" calls I have gotten at all hours of the night and early mornings. The unmasked number is 229-518-6462. Ok so what? I've blocked that number both on Trapcall and on my iphone, will see if that helps. I called 229-518-6462 on my land line and I got a recorded message from Trapcall!! What's up with that?
This number has been calling me fifteen times a day for the last month if they don't stop I'm going to track them down and file Criminal charges on them for false representation and multiple counts of harassment and fraud.
Masked number call claiming to be from B of A advising my ATM card has been locked...I don't have a B of A ATM card or account. Robot voice asked me to press "1" to talk to a representative to unlock the card.SCAM?
this caller has become a regular now... Shows Unknown on caller id but I have trapcall and the unmasked phone is 281-813-7704 in Albany GA. I never answer as I am sure I don't want to hear from them or talk to them and they never leave a message. Just a huge irritant as I have no idea why I am getting these calls.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
