This particular scammer will continue to call you with a different number every time. I had this scammer call twice on the same day for several days...always with a different phone number on the ID! How did you get so lucky and get on their telemarketing call list? And you own a cell phone, getting these calls? Did you install a free app like the flashlight or a free game? Somewhere in the agreements we flashed through to "agree" and get the free apps installed we agreed to give our cell phone number to this scammer. Even if you uninstall these apps...sorry...too late! Mom was right. Nothing is free; there is always a catch.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
