Logical. When I get calls I don't know I block them. I mean, it could be a long lost relative or a friend with a new phone, but, hey, better to just block.
Received a call grim 231-236-8547 said it was my credit card services wanted to offer me zero percent interest in my credit card. Then wanted me to tell them my credit card number. I told them I wasnt stupid if they were my card company they have my card number. Caller claimed je didnt want my pin number or anything. I told him. Wasnt [***] stupid. Caller said ge was calking from phoenix, AZ but the area code is a Michigan exchange.
Just got a call on my cel from this number, recorded voice informing me that because of my great credit I've qualified for a zero percent interest rate on "all of my credit card accounts." uh huh. Variation on the interest rate reduction scam, no doubt the intent is to have me turn over all my account numbers and anything else they can get an unwitting victim to cough up. Blocked.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
