Me, too. I didn't answer. What kind of dummy puts "test" on the caller ID. Thank heavens for websites like this, which can serve to verify that I was correct to not answer. Thank you, Admin!
... Or, if you are home, you could turn on you call screening feature and eavesdrop, so you can pick up if the caller starts to speak, without inconveniencing them any further.

Caller I.D. company name showed "Test" and the female recorded voice congratulated me on paying our bills on time and we could get a reduced rate for our credit card. It said press "1" for more information or "3" to stop getting these calls. I pressed "3" but have gotten calls from them before. Arrest these people!

Hang up call to my answering machine. Caller ID showed "Test." I never answer any calls of this type.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
