Received a call from 1-231-267-8110. Caller ID was 'TEST'. I gave it the quick pickup and immediate hang up. Checked 800 Notes and blocked the number.
Number came with Caller Id as Test didn't answer and they didn't leave a message they are now blocked
Wanted to help me with my credit cards. I don't need help! I told them I was on the Do Not Call list and that I wanted my name removed immediately. He hung up on me with no comment.
This number showed up in Caller ID. They did not leave a message, making them "suspect." We call-screen. No recognize caller, no talkee. Put them on call-blockade. Message to them: "Up yours."
Idiots are now blocked on my call blocker. Came up as "Local" on caller Id but the area call was far from local so I knew it was someone trying to trick me into picking up. No legitimate business would do this.
Call came in while I wasn't available, so I got the following info through VM. Robocall left a message that started somewhere toward the end of the pitch, since it talked about a 'limited time to respond to our offer.' Most likely it's the same credit card related scam most have commented on. I deleted it.
