Call showed "TEST"No message left.....Called on 10/3/2014 at 5:32pm

presumed scam. left no message, 6/15/2015, 11:00 am.

NEVER EVER EVER DO THIS!!!Asking you to hit "1" if you want off of their calling list is a KNOWN tactic by these companies to confirm that your phone number is legit (as opposed to a fax, computer line, kid's line, unassigned number, business line, government office, etc...).

Caller ID......Test 231-267-8110......did not answer......no message left.

We have the Panasonic model that announces the caller's name as shown in our contacts or as it appears in Caller ID. After checking unknown numbers to identify who is actually calling, and if it's a scammer, we save it in our contacts under riduculous names. Imagine getting a call from "Fuzz Nutz," "Fartface," or "Money Grubber," and having it announced out loud. Other calls have been blocked using the phone's blocking feature, but we can have a little fun while still knowing we don't want to talk with the jerks calling us.

Call ID says TEST. I have blocked the number. Scammer get lost.

Received calls from this number. When I played the message is says, (words to the effect), your credit is okay but if you want to change, hit 1 on key pad. I just deleted message. Comes up test on caller id. Annoying and harassing.

Showed as "TEST" on my caller ID also. Blocked it but unfortunately my blocking program allows one short ring before number is blocked. Better than letting it go to the answering machine. My blocker can block unlimited number of calls, and you can use wild card (*) to block whole groups of numbers, even entire are codes. Works only with TWC home phone however.
