I get calls 5 times a day from this number. I spoke with an Obama [***] Kisser from the FTC and she told me in a black voice that she was too busy.

A call came from this number and left no message. It seems they use different numbers to make the same harassing calls about lowering interest rates, and then start using foul language.I wonder if anything is being done about these scam-bags by law enforcement agencies?
