he claimed to be with the IRS doing a survey re: customer satisfaction

calls and hangs up then a minute later calls my other phone,happens every night

The guys calls and says he's representing Florida Health Board. Asked him to take me off the call list and hung up. Today he called back. I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message. Filed a complaint with Florida Attorney's office and Do Not Call.

yeah that's total [***]. We didn't call you at 4am. maybe it was someone who dialed the wrong number or a friend of oyurs but it definitely was not us. 4am? thats rediculous to blame it on us, damn.

said was doing a survey on watching sports in home. asked to speak to adult male. i said not interested and asked to be removed from call list. he stated they used no call list and repeated request to speak to adult male. i told him obviously they used a list and to remove me from it immediately or he would be reported and fined. which he will if he calls back.

Watch out. Do not answer any questions. Just don't answer. Most likely a Home invasion or robbery sting operation wanting to know how many males or females live in a home. Can you imagine what a crazy person can do knowing this information about a particular resident?? Do not devulge any information that could be used by the assailant. BE SAFE!!

Got numerous calls from this number...they ask all types of questions...to figure out when you will not be home...reported them, and also have a detective on their case from Miami Dade Police...do not answer any questions and report them to donotcall registery. They said they were from the Florida Dept of Health

In this day & age, yes you have to be careful. But in all fairness to these health surveys from fl.dept.of health, they ask how many males & females so the computer can randomly choose who to speak with. Otherwise it would most likely be all females that would do survey & how can they honestly improve health care for EVERYONE if they JUST spoke to females. They just called for the first time - and when I answered they just hung up. I looked up their number and found all of this. What a jerk. Sounds kinda like he wants to speak to males only so we are in the clear here!!!
