Here is what I found online when I did a reverse lookup. As with everyone else, when I called them back at the number on caller ID, they did not answer. Started yesterday with 2 calls and two more calls today. Weren't at home to answer them. Glad my phone company has unlimited number blocking. They are now blocked and won't be calling me again.As for BB, if you make cold calls to people asking personal questions, you're completely unknown to them, you should expect hostility. Don't like it? Go into another line of work. The public is tired of SCAM phone solicitations, sales calls, recorded pitches for foreclosed homes, etc. It really doesn't matter if you're calling for government surveys. No one wants to give the government any info anyway. Face it BB, you're in an unpopular line of work: 1) calling people and intruding in this lives; 2) claiming to work for the government wanting people's information; 3) telling people you are exempt from the do not call list (which you apparently are if you aren't lying). No one trusts cold calls any more due to all the liars trying to con you. Perhaps you are what you say you are but all the other cold callers have given your entire industry a bad name. Sorry to hurt your feelings but no one (or hardly anyone) wants to talk to you, give you info, or have their time intruded on. Want to give me your home phone number so I can call you at all hours asking questions about your smoking or tax returns? Bet you don't.

And for the record, when they call our house EVERY NIGHT while we are trying to get our baby to sleep, NO ONE WILL ANSWER. Just talking in the background and what sounds like someone with their hand over the receiver. We haven't been rude to anyone, so not sure what this is all about. But, you know, most research companies will actually speak when they call repeatedly. May have to change our number if this keeps up. But we are registered as Don't Call and are going to take actions there, too. They are researching and within the confines of the federal laws out there, whether their hired telemarketers say/think so or not!

Yeah, works an honest days job bothering people and wrapping himself in the American flag for it. Bothering people is bothering people. Just because you have a job bothering people doesn't mean everyone is going to roll over and let you bother them. No one wants to talk to you except some lonely old lady with cats. For the one's you claim "participate", you're simply taking advantage of their good manners. You know they want to hang up on you or set the phone down and walk away but they are too "nice" to treat you the way you should be treated. Just face the fact that no one is going to like your calls and will either be hostile or will be willing to put up with you because their mother taught them good manners. Either way, you are a nuisance. Like a smelly skunk, just go away if you can't take the heat.`

And it is precious time, SRBI employee. Think if everyone who needed info for their job stopped you on your way to work, or putting a baby to sleep, or on your way to the bathroom or whatever. It is precious time and this is why your company is unprofessional. Do like the other research companies and SCHEDULE and PAY PEOPLE FOR their precious time. We don't OWE it to your company to help do research so YOU and SRBI can make money. C'mon!

You're the kind of employee that the public would expect to work for a boiler room nuisance factory and the reason why no one wants to talk to you. Vent all you want, use caps all you want, the fact will not change that what you do is a nuisance to the public. Accept that and then find a therapist to discover why you want to work in such a pathetic job.

well we aren't the ones sponsoring the surveys. sometimes, the people that pay us to conduct their surveys do offer $10 for your time. and if you ask us to call back at a certain time, we will.
