Unwanted calls for a survey and the girl was speaking so fast. When I told her that I could not understand her she hung-up before I can tell her DO NOT CALL, I'm on the no solicitation list.

I don't answer their calls and know they will stop calling at some point. Those who make these calls are practicing the oldest profession in the world - solicitation. They deserve no respect or consideration.

So you're saying that someone who goes to work and puts in an honest days work deserves no respect?? How old are you? At least I'm not undercutting someone elses pay because I'm an illegal in this Country getting all the benefits that YOU and everyone else has to pay for!!!! At least I'm not calling from an OUTSOURCED company!!! You should be glad that in this day and age, some companies are still hiring LEGAL AMERICANS and KEEPING THEM IN THE USA. It might be more helpful to your argument if you did your homework 1st. This company doesn't sell one single thing. Do you think your job deserves respect or consideration? Well, so do I.

I work for one of SRBI's call centers. They're going to continue calling every day until someone answers. And when you do answer, DON'T HANG UP. If you do, then we code the call as "hung up" in the system and we'll call back the next day. If you say you're not interested, we'll call back in 3 days. If you don't want to be called anymore, you have to listen to our introduction, then ask to be removed. Then we're required to "refcon" (short for "refusal conversion"), to try to convince you that you still want to take this survey. AFTER WE REFCON, then you can say something along the lines of "I still don't want to participate and please don't call back." MAKE SURE TO ADD "DON'T CALL BACK." If you just say "I'm not interested" or something without making it clear that you don't want to be called again, then we will be calling you again in three days. This is just how our system works, and we can get fired for not sticking to it.
