Received a call at 1020 today 07/10/14 from 0119246586. I never answer calls with unknown or non contact numbers. Beginning to wonder if I just pay for the phone to allow these people to ring and stress me out for the day. I have more blocked numbers than contact numbers. Might make a stand and just get rid of the mobile. Life would be bliss.
Had had this number come up a few times but I never bother to answer and they never leave a message!

I received this call too, my advice is to all - DO NOT ANSWER unless you recognise the number. There are dozens of international scam agents out there, and it is very difficult if not impossible to trace these people. If you do speak to them, do not pass any personal details.
Had a call from +1 0119246586....at 13:52. I didn't answer. I have had a few call from this number over the last 2-3 months, among others (surveys, PPi). Just don't bother entertaining these numbers. I keep cutting them off. They will 'one day' stop calling.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
