Just had a call from this number, I blocked a very similar a couple of days ago. I think it's a fraud. They'll ring you, hang up and expect you to ring back costing you and making them money $£%$.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
