These calls are from Lithuanian mobsters based just outside of Vilnius.The 'number' they are calling from is not even a real number, however they are using software to create the number you see on your caller ID display in the hope that you will wonder who is calling you from some 'far distant land'.Do not answer these calls as the intent is to establish which numbers, on a stolen list of possible numbers, actually has a live person answering it, then they can escalate your number to a list which they can then sell to online scammers etc.
Got a call too at 4:25pm - no message left. I didn't pick up but it did make me think it could be relatives/friends calling from abroad as it showed +1 011 etc. etc. Basic rule: only pick up calls when they're from your Contacts List.
I had a call from +1(011)924-6586 didn't answer seems many ppl have been getting these calls
I just had this number call me at 20:57, I answered and said hello but it was just silent on the other end. I waited a few seconds and said hello again, but with no reply I just hung up.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
