Calls about 3 times a day....no answer when I say hello...then I hang up....my number is unlisted as well...but is getting frustrating...going to kick this person's [***] if I locate him or her. Is this a ROGERS only thing...or is it other phone companies as well.

So, I just got a call from the mysterious 250.260 number - didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. Tried to call back and the number rings back busy or disconnected. I did the number search through Google and found my way here where I read a good deal of your stories. Interestingly enough though, I DON'T live in Canada. I'm in the states. Whoever this is that's calling us just made the effort to make an international call to me. I doubt it's a collection agency and why would I be polled or surveyed regarding something in a country I'm not present in or a resident of?I don't know what Rogers is nor do I have Bell - they called my cell phone. (I half expected someone on the other end with a raspy voice to say "Seven days....")

This number calls and calls and calls. So finally I pick up and no one there. What the hell is this? Some kind of autodialer.

I received this call everyday at 10:00 am. it is the number from british columbia, canada. I answer and no one answer. it's stupid call.

I got a call at 7:19 EDT from this number. Someone is using an automated system to confirm phone number. The best thing to when you get a call is not say anything during the first few seconds. Automated system will hangup while a live person who want to talk to you will usually say "Anyone there?"
