I use Verizon cellular service and just received a call from this 250 number. Did a google, found this message board. Called the 800 number listed on the first page and spoke to a nice lady. Asked her to remove my number, and she said "Certainly. We will search all our calling lists and make sure it gets removed from all of them." I thanked her for her time. Whether it happens or not, I won't know for a while. But the lady seemed sincere enough.
I've just got a call from this number again a few minutes ago asking for the same person in my family. The woman gave me her name and is working for ICBC. She said she is doing a survey. ICBC stands for Insurance Corporation of British Columbia in Canada. It's a BC government Auto insurance. But as I read through the entries in this forum, some of us don't even live in BC, or even in Canada? Is it really ICBC?

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
