I've received calls from this number this week. When I answered, I heard nothing. When I didn't answer, no message. The calls to my cell phone happen once each day this week at 10:15 am and at 2:45 pm. If it were a telemarketor, wouldn't I have heard something when I answered?

If this is a followup for customer satisfaction for Rogers, they're sure quick. They called mid-call with Rogers when my data plan service with Rogers messed up...

The call is from Rogers. Got this call after calling them in regards to a service issue.

April 9th, 2008 - got a call, asked for the wrong name so I said no one here by that name and hung up. Just called the 800 number, when the operator picks up tell her you want off the list and she'll do it for you.

I recieved a call from this number yesterday, Sept 26, 2007... STOP CALLING ME!!!! It's got to be a scam of some sort... but I don't know what!

Talk your way around the facts all you want Ryan, but I'm pretty sure that 100% of the people you call would rather you not. Why do we explicitly have to request to not be called? The better solution is to have a "please call me list", which allows people to 'opt-in'.If I give you my number, please feel free to call. Otherwise, kindly place a shotgun barrel in your mouth and pull the trigger. You're breathing our air.

People, do yourselves a favour, by one of these new cordless phones that allow you to block numbers. Best investment I've made in a long time.

Next time you call a call center for customer support tell them you do not wish to be surveyed, it's as simple as that. The only reason we are surveying you is because the people you called for support want to know how they are doing, and how they can improve their service to you, their customer. If nobody tells them how to improve their services, their customer service is never going to get better.
