Quincee again, just read notation from cookie. It is possible this is a billing service for medical services. They were told in no uncertain terms I had an attorney. They have no further business calling me when I have an attorney. That’s why I have an attorney. My claim is in regard to a motor vehicle accident, in which I was injured. The accident was not my fault. What is the billing company’s fault iappears to be they do not seem to know how to file claims???They have been given anll information from me previously that I have. That’s why I left a message for them to contact my attorney, as they are supposed to do when an attorney has been retained, and perhaps the attorney can get it straightened out. I do not want any more calls from this agency, and I do not even have the money to pay: If it is one and the same bill. If it is one and the same bill. there were services received that were coded as motor vehicle accident related and should be paid. I have insurances. They need to file with insurances and have had since May 2023 to figure out how to get the claim filed and paid the same way other provider seem to be able to do. It appears to be a debt collection agency who doesn’t know how to file claims? Perhaps they need to have a training session with employees to learn how to file claims? And the knowledge to know that when you have an attorney, you contact the attorney. Anyway, that’s what I have always been told: if an attorney has been retained, you do not continue to contact the client further, you contact the attorney.

February 2024 call came in on cell phone from Caucasian sounding male who asked to speak with female. He identified individual by name and address. Hung up on caller, as not about to answer yes or no. Presume it was scam/spam? (If it were a business call, it was inappropriate because the last out-of-state person I left a recent message for was a female, and I left vm message to contact my attorney. Number was not the same number I had previously called. It is slightly possible this could’ve been a legitimate call but rather doubtful since it came from the wrong state., also rather doubtful legitimate since no voicemail message was left. Left an uncomfortable feeling for somebody to identify an individual by name and address. If the individual has something to say, and this is for real, they should put it in writing, and it’s in regard to aforementioned, out-of-state call, it will be turned over to the attorney to handle because it is not my problem to deal with.

It's Merchants Adjustment Service - medical bill collectors. 56 North Florida StreetMobile, AL 36607ph: 251-476-6666fax: 251-476-6669alt: 800-239-6040admin@masinc.orgFrom their website:"Merchants Adjustment Service is a full service medical collection agency."
Same here as with Krice, and yes they are damn near rude. I have no outstanding medical bills but these guys have been calling for three weeks. I work night shift so I never catch the calls and the guy whose extension was left on my voicemail is never at his desk when I call back. Annoying, annoying, annoying!
They called me this afternoon. Left an 800 number with instructions to call and ask for Miss Jones. I didn't call the 800 number, but hit the return button,-251-476-6666, was told it was MAS. I asked to speak to Miss Jones and she answered. I was treated rudely. I asked why she had called me, what she was calling for. She demanded to know my name and my telephone number. I wouldn't give them to her because I had no idea who she or her company were, not even a hint of explanation. I assumed it was a phishing expedition of some sort. After a minute of haggling, she said something rude and hung up.
i do not owe any medical bills. My friend died in May of this year, so if he owe bills i guess they will have to gather up all of his ashes from the military grave and cash them in for payment. I will not call them back, and if they do call and become rude they will be reported to the television news that love to cover this kind of story...... Bite Me.....
