Its a common scammer, using the old "this is your captain speaking" schtick. I've been getting calls like this from various numbers for over a year. I personally like to "do" the survey and speak with the person who comes on to get your "information".If you're not comfortable giving these losers a taste of their own medicine, just hang up and report the number if you'd like. They call from several 253 numbers, blocking may help but not for long.
