called at 6:30 PST did not leave a message

called at 6:48 PST and didn't leave a message.

unknown number, no message left.

Called at 10:10 am EST. Caller ID showed "Ingenia Polymer" (interesting named). Picked up; recorded message claiming to be "from Card Services" (although didn't specify which card or which bank). Said there was nothing wrong with my account (again, which one?) but it was urgent that I call them to reduce my interest rates. Hung up at that point. Scam. Phone # is from somewhere in Texas.

This has happened to me too! How do I get this to stop?!

Get these calls all the time. Got one from this number today 281-217-0241, shows up as wireless caller, making me think its someone I might know with a new cellphone number.....left half a message about reducing my rates, but I must act now! Funny how that works I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD! I called the number back, and now they are just forwarding the calls directly to a mailbox which is "FULL AND CANNOT ACCEPT NEW MESSAGES AT THIS TIME", go figure.......is this how they get around this crap now?

I'm on a 'do not call" list. This number was a telemarketer.

I get these [***] calls from this company all the time. There is no way to get off their call list. Once you get a live person, and inform them you're on the do not call list, they hang up on you. Not only are these calls annoying, the telemarketers are rude, and won't listen. I've reported them multiple times at donotcall.gov, but I still keep getting these calls. help!
