Got a call from this number from what sounded like an automated robot repeating "Silvia" twice. I thought they were trying to activate a sleeper cell or something.

This number called a business after 8 PM. Voice mail took the call. They hung up when voice mail started.

That's what she said to me, with a cheerful laugh like we were old friends.

This is a scam. I get early morning calls, multiple calls later in the day, and late night calls. No one at the other end. Very annoying.

Called a business line this morning and asked for a person who has been dead for about 4 years. Than asked for the man or woman of the house. When i told her it was a business she said they would up date their records.

I didn't answer call.

Do not want to receive calls from this number. Scam!

called my land line May 19, 2017.....Caller ID shows United Breast C....... Blocking their number now.

Most annoying of them all... calls up to 8 times a day..... also they call from several different numbers with lots of different area codes. Put on do not call list but we'll see if that workssooo persistant

I have received 20 calls in the past year, first from "CCI," then from "Breast Cancer C". In one day there were 5 calls from this number. They have also called from 281-709-6392 (about half the time). My outgoing message asks that anyone not calling as a friend or with personal business, put me on their DNC list. Doesn't help with this type of crook, since they apparently use a robodialer.They were listed #38 of "America's Worst Charities" by the Tampa Bay Times in December 2014 (tampabay.com).
