THE CALL AND THEY SAID CALL THIS NUMBER

calls my house at least 2-3 times a week. A male voice leaves a generic message saying to call back a certain number by 9pm tonight.

I received a call from 281-647-4152 on 10-26-07 at 2:02 PM CST. I tried to answer the call but received a voice mail telling me to call this number. I called the number and was asked to leave a voice mail. I was starting to get a little suspicious so I did a Google search on the number which led me to a BBB reliability report. There are 239 complaints again Universal Fidelity. The organization is not a member. The BBB report provided a contact e mail for Nancy Rodriquez (nancy.rodriguez@uflp.com). I emailed Ms. Rodriguez to advise that I had no business with this organization and to cease and desist further contact with my number or legal avenues would be pursued. According to my read receipt, she read the e mail at 2:20 but did not reply.

Have been calling my cell phone every 30 minutes. I answer but get this infernal message. Warn that there is a serious matter and I have to return the call before 9pm. I have no debt, but keep getting collection calls for someone who had the number previously. Very irritating.

Got a call on my answering machine this afternoon, saying "Because of the sensitive nature of this matter...imperative that you call back before 9PM..This in regard to an unpaid Sprint PCS bill I have. I've been disputing this bill for over 1 year. I hope they sue me so this will be over! PS When I tried to call them back I was transferred 4 times and no one knew what to do with me, so I hung up.

Has this stopped them from calling? Lou

You can call your state attorney general to report then.

These people keep calling my home phone asking for someone who doesn't live here. They have been told several times this and continue calling.
