Are these guys a 3rd party collector? They call my mom constantly *3 times a day* in direct violation of the FDCPA. If they are a 3rd party, I'm going to own them.I work in collections, and I know the law well.

They call to my house 2 times a day, when I picked the phone they hung up on me.

This company has been calling my house looking for a Corey Myers? Who the heck is Corey Myers? I told them they have the wrong number and they get rude to me and my Wife. The Call 10 times a day and they hang up 9 of those times. Who can I report this company too? The BBB in Texas?

This number keep calling my home. Telling me they have sent mail to my address. I have not received any mail from this company.Sound like fraud or scam ... when that was said to the caller and I informed need to know what this is for. HUNG UP!!!I will not share any of my information over the phone with anyone. Told them to send me a bill. As of 9/1/16 no mail however want to call and say collecting for debit;;; who and will not say how much.

The stupid POS operator that answered when I called this number refused to tell methe nature of the business. Ultimately they provided the name of the person they are looking for. I know the name of the person she is looking for: that deadbeat had our phone number befor we did, 3 YEARS AGO. These collection idiots are too stupid to use a current directory. The deadbeats are JOHN AND REBBECA SAWYER. Their creditors, friends and family, and prison buddy have been calling this number for 3 years. We took pity on their prison buddy and explained that this was not Rebbeca's number, and he stopped trying to call. The creditors are not so smart. We have obtained phone numbers for the Sawyers. We gleefully share them with honest callers that don't have recordings making anonomous annoying calls. If the POS operator from this company had said up front that it was a collection or credit agency, we would have given them the numbers that we have. Piss me off, you can do your own research, and suffer my verbal wrath on the phone,

I called and the male rep threatened me. I was pleasant with him, never unkind or rude at any time during the call. He would hardly let me speak, blasted out at me "f--you, I'm going to report that you refused to pay the bill," and then he hung up on me,

these people have called 25 times in the past 2 days saying i owe money for a debt i have never had and they were very rude

Got their first call this evening. They left no message on answering machine. Thanks to info above I'll know how to deal with them since they're calling a wrong number.

i answerd said hello 2x then could hear laughing and people talking and i said if your not going to taik then iam reporting this

This number shows up on my caller ID memory 10-12 times every day but they never leave a message on my answering machine. The first call is around 8am and the last call is around 9pm, every single day. I tried to call back to see what they want but the phone just rings forever with nobody picking up. Someone here said they are a collection agency. Well, I am debt free (except for a $600 purchase I made a few weeks ago on my master card) and all my regular expenses are paid current, so they need to stop calling my number.
