An East Indian or Pakistani man with an extremely thick Indian or Pakistani accent called saying that I had applied for a car loan online and that he is calling from a car dealership in California (area code 282 is in Chicago or the Virgin Islands). I told him that I had neither applied for a loan nor had I tried to buy a car. He kept repeating what he told me initially over and over again despite my attempts to make him understand he was mistaken. Suddenly he hung up with no warning. My cell phone showed the call lasted EXACTLY two minutes and one second. Now, as far as I know, no one can buy a car and secure a loan approval on that car without my I.D., my bank account info, physically presenting a valid driver's license and physically appearing at a dealership to sign ownership and loan/lien paperwork. SO, I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS GUY WAS UP TO OTHER THAN TRY TO ALARM ME FOR SOME REASON.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
