I rec'd a call to my place of employment from a Wendy of JHI in Lanham. This woman is extremely rude!! Her tone from beginning to end was very aggressive and nasty! She then began to threaten legal action without even respectfully explaining the nature of her call. I am in pursuit of filing a complaint with the AG office for the state of MD. Her behavior is totally unacceptable!

Female and she refused to identify herself. Extremely rude and called me a [***] and threaten me.

I agree 100% that they are very rude. She also threatened me with law action. I said ma'am im at work can I calk you back she then replied well you shouldn't have answered the phone. How do I male a complaint

A Wendy Jones calling with a matter that is very important. She did not appreciate being told not to call back our business switchboard, and instead left her name and number 301-306-0312, again, said it was very important. I doubt that, since the person she wanted to talk to seemed VERY irritated.

Called an old number of mine, saying "Roy, this is wendy. Call me back at 301 300 6312. It's important to you that you speak with me." If it's a legit call, she's got the wrong number, but considering it's been reported to 800 notes, best not to reply at all.

correction to report above. "Wendy" says callback number is 301-306-0312.
