two days in a row they have called, didn't answer and no message left.

This is the State of Delaware Corporation fax number. Received back-to-back phones calls on my cell but didn't answer either. Obviously someone can't dial the phone correctly.

I have called CT corp. They confirmed that the 302-655-5049 is their fax number, they are aware of the problem and are looking into why their new fax machine has been calling.

Got a call from this number and didn't look before picking up. It was a recorded message announcing that Obama was giving credit for mortgage owners, and if I was behind on my mortgage or if my interest was over 7% press one. Got a real person on the phone, and when I asked why they called when I don't own my living space, I rent, they hung up on me. Didn't even get a chance to ask them to take me off their list.

Mortgage spammer..tried calling back to lace into them but its just busy busy busy.

I received a call from this number today so I sent them an email. You'd think 3 days later they would have figured out how to stop their fax machine from calling random people! Haunted fax machine...

I received a call from this phone number today. I dialed the number: (302)-655-5049 and received a dial tone. As Tania stated earlier, this is a company based out of Delaware that works with the state. When I reached out through the companies land-line, (302)-655-7851, I spoke with a very apprehensive service clerk who told me that other people have been threatening to sue their company due to the misleading s caused by whom ever is utilizing their fax line number. If you receive a phone call from this number, please disregard or call the Delaware Trust Company Division of Corporations at (302)-655-5049.I live in CT, so there would be no reason for a State division from Delaware to bother me.

Received a call this evening. Did not answer but the message that was left said they are a "mortgage restructuring" company.

Something does not make sense here. I know, what's new?CT Systems functions as registered agents for tens of thousands of corporations nationwide. It is the dullest and driest business imaginable. They do not do anything else, and they certainly do not do telephone solicitation. I got a call from the same number today, but it cut off before I answered it.Many people report they get a dead line when they answer, while others get these mortgage promotions. Is it possible someone else is spoofing this number somehow?
