5:15 pm ish. 2nd call this afternoon. Oscar this time. Stated follow-up on internet info. I ask where he was from--Del. I requested his phone #. He said same as mine 717-. When I told him Del. was not the same as ours he hung up. Last 1/2 or 2010 I had at least 50 of these calls. I coppied the phone # from above messages for next time. He asked questions about my medicare card--did it have red and blue stripes--was it with A&B, He also had my address. I did not confirm any of his questions.

This number called & asked for me & then asked for my dad who I haven't lived with since I was a toddler. They also called my dads household asking for my mom who has never lived there. They hung up before we could ask for a message. Weird.

How did senoir diabetic network get my name and that I had diabeties. They said from a survey that someone filled out on line. I did no such survey to the best of my recall. The supervisor became very loud and attempted to not let me finish my sentences when I asked what surey, the phone number they were calling from and what company did the servey. He became very defensive when I told him this may be a HIPA violation but would not answer my questions for future contact for contact information. Is this a legitamet company?

I, too, have been receiving calls from this number for about two weeks now. Out of aggravation I answered the call just now and the guy (with a heavy foreign accent) asked for Herbert (my husband). In an effort to get rid of these people I informed him he had the wrong number. That is when the call took a strange turn:Me: No, I'm sorry but you must have the wrong number.Foreign Guy (FG): Oh, so Herbert does not have the number (504) ***-**** because I show this is his number and that he is a diabetic who may be in need of suppliesMe: No sir, you have the wrong numberFG: So if this is not Herbert, is this Brandi?Me: ???? Yes, this is and I am not diabetic nor.....FG: (cutting me off) but I show there is someone in your home who is diabeticMe: No sir, no one in this house is diabetic, nor is anyone in my family, nor do I have any need for supplies, please do not call this number again. As I told you, this is no longer Herberts number and as far as you are concerned this is no longer Brandi's number either, so remove both names from that list in front of you.Now this is where it gets stranger (beside the fact that he had my husbands marital information), the FG says to me as I am giving him the kiss off....FG: Ok mama, thank you so much...I LOVE YOUUUUU?????????????????????? WTH is that??? He said "I love youuuuu". The call went from creepy to uber creepy and to say something like that is very harrassing. Does anyone know where can I call to report this? If I was a single/divorced woman and living alone with my children, I would be extremely freaked out right now. And btw, he never metioned the company name, from what I can recall.
