You have the phone numbers reversed

here's the scoop. this number belongs to "healing minds" located in lakewood, co. they are a subsidiary of "jewish family service" located in denver, co. Call jewish at 303-597-5000 and ask for ann in administration. politely request you be taken off the call list. she said it would take a couple weeks...we'll see.

We have received calls with a Caller ID of "Charity Works" about once every 2-3 weeks for the past few months. We finally agreed to leave some items for them for pick-up today (saves me a trip to Goodwill). Decided to do some online research because I was nervous about whether or not they were legit. Found a few websites with comments like those posted here, and finally located the charity website. It appears legitimate and is a program of the JFS of Colorado.Our items were picked up by 10:00AM and they did leave a tax return receipt/form.

This is total harrassment, they don't talk, and won't remove my number from the list.I'm thinking about filing criminal(stalking and harrasment) charges.

They call all the time, I cannot possibly donate stuff as often as they call!!!!

Please get them to stop calling my number

Who do you complain to about these people, who call late at night almost every day and will not take us off their call list? I get up at 3AM to go to work, so these late phone calls are very disturbing.

I got a call just now an they hung up on me ,this has been happening for a while. So I looked it up an it says it belongs to something called Healing Minds... Never heard of them.... An dont want any calls from them again....

For the past two years it's been at least 4-5 calls a week, different times during the day. I started by listening to what they had to say and politely saying no thank you, went to answering the phone and telling them I wasn't interested or telling them to quit calling and hanging up. I tried blocking their numbers, but it seems that only works for a couple months and a new number pops up, the most recent is 303-231-9337. I have been ignoring the calls until a couple days ago when I was woke up. I was pretty nasty with the guy on the other end who had lots of smart [***] remarks and tried to lay a guilt trip on me, basically in a round about way saying I was an [***] for not wanting to donate to someone down on their luck. I wish they would get a clue, this type of harassment does nothing for people like me except aggravate me to the point, if their teeth were on fire I wouldn't piss in their mouth. I am gathering though that this tactic apparently works on some more than others otherwise they wouldn't waste the time, money or resources. I do donate to organizations, just not the ones who call unsolicited, ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!!! Just added the recent number to the block list, after getting another call just now, let's see how long it lasts.

I don't know about these people but we are in bed by 9:00pm. I do not appreciate calls at 9:16pm after the house has gone to sleep. I have four children that do not need to be awakened by a solicitation call after bedtime. My father has terminal cancer and I must leave my ringer on during the night in case my parents need me. I do not want Charity Pickup calling me anymore. I had donated in the past but when they are calling me on Sunday evenings and Monday nights at 9:16pm I'm not willing to continue to donate anymore. Come on. Most people have Sundays with their family where they really don't feel like answering a charity call. Especially this one that seems to call endlessly week after week, day after day, night after night. Lay off.
