I blocked this number from my home phone in October 2015, but they still continue to call up to 4 times per day (my phone rings once before disconnecting). I followed the instructions to have my phone number removed from their call list (see the post from "gene" dated 1 Dec 2015). I'm hoping it works.
Asking them to stop only tells them there's live prey on your end.Block them. My phone: lights up, reads "caller blocked" and goes dark. No rings. WOO HOO!
I did some more digging. While the caller ID says it is ARC Thrift Store and if you google the number it will come up as ARC of Adams Cty AND of Lakewood the number is NOT listed on the ARC website for either location...or any location. Someone has spoofed this number. Someone has way too much free time on their hands to call numbers all day for no reason. :-/
Called 4-23-16 at 12:54 p.m. No message was left. Caller ID showed 303-238-5263. While we cannot confirm "who" was calling, if indeed it is ARC, they do ABUSE our number calling multiple times per day, day after day. We too consider it harassment and have blocked them in the past. Based upon all the criminals, scammers, etc. that abuse our number we are going to have to buy a new phone that allows us to block hundreds of numbers rather than our current limit of 25.
Called AGAIN 4-27-16 at 7:03 p.m. Caller ID showed 303-238-5263. No message was left. If this is ARC Thrift calling they are ABUSIVE with their relentless calls. The only way to deal with them is PEST Control - BLOCK THIS NUMBER!
ARC tries to help people, I don't have a problem if they call on a Sunday!! Why do you?
According to my call blockers call log, ARC has been binge calling me for the last week. Because my blocker includes "First Ring Suppression" not one of those calls made my phone ring. Woo Hoo!

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
