This is a legit service. Our healthcare provider uses it to provide upcoming appointment reminders. No phishing involved.
I live in New Jersey; why would a doctor's office in Colorado call me to remind me of an upcoming doctor's appointment there? Also, the call came to my place of business and when I answered the phone, the person hung up. Some reminder of a doctor's appointment..call you and hang up on you.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
